Sydney Domestic Airport Terminal 3 Upgrade – HICON
Air Cross Solutions was engaged to deliver the mechanical HVAC upgrade works as part of the redevelopment of Sydney Domestic Airport’s Terminal 3 retail and hospitality precincts.
This high-profile project required meticulous planning and execution to ensure passenger comfort and tenant satisfaction, while meeting the strict operational and compliance standards of the airport environment.
Our scope included the upgrade and integration of new HVAC systems across multiple retail and hospitality spaces within the terminal, with works carefully staged to minimise disruption to daily operations. Cooling Tower Upgrade & Refurbishment – CBRE
Air Cross Solutions carried out the refurbishment and upgrade of the mechanical cooling tower system at 12 Frederick Street, St Leonards.
This project was undertaken to restore efficiency, extend asset life, and ensure compliance with current standards, while minimising disruption to building operations.
The scope included the replacement and upgrade of critical cooling tower components, improvements to water treatment and filtration systems, and the integration of energy-efficient technologies to reduce running costs and improve overall system reliability.
